The Cheese

​

You'll receive a carefully curated selection of 700g of freshly cut and wrapped top quality cheeses from the UK and Europe, which are sure to impress the most discerning cheese connoisseur – 4 or 5 different cheeses per box.  We provide accompanying tasting notes and suggested wine pairings to help you savour each cheese to its fullest potential!

Free delivery to your doorstep (within 5 miles of our store) on the evening of the last Thursday of the month, ready for weekend feasting or entertaining (December 2023 orders will be delivered on Thursday 21st December).

How it works

​

We offer two types of subscription:

Rolling Subscription - you can pause or cancel whenever you like.  Choose to receive your cheese box every 1, 2 or 3 months - £30.00 per month.

Gift Subscription - the perfect gift for any local cheese afficionado!  You can pay for either 1, 3 or 6 months in advance and choose the month it starts.  From £30.00 per month.

Preferences

Don’t like blue?  Not keen on goat? Vegetarian only?  Your order form will contain a preference checklist so we can be sure you’ll enjoy all the cheeses delivered.

• We keep records of the cheeses you have already received to avoid you being delivered the same cheese twice.

 

• No need for you to hang around at home all day to make sure the courier doesn’t leave your cheeses baking in the sunlight – we will deliver your cheese box during the evening and you can be certain that your cheeses have been maintained at the correct temperature.

 

• Flexibility - if you would like any other products in our range delivered to you – additional cheese, crackers, chutneys, deli products? Simply call us with your order, pay by phone, and we will add them to your delivery.

 

• We’re not just a faceless internet company – we are a small, family run business, passionate about cheese and keen to share our knowledge and experience to bring our customers the best cheese-eating experience!  We have a retail store in the town centre and remain committed to doing our bit to keeping Ipswich town centre alive.
